1: Customers Call

We are here to help you service your customers, and our receptionists are available 24 hours a day. You can forward calls from your current number or use one of ours.

Use our number
We provide your business with a toll-free or local number that connects directly to our live answering service. This option works perfectly if you plan to have our receptionists take all of your calls. But what if you want to keep your old business number too?

Forward your calls
There is also a call forwarding option. You must set up call forwarding through your local phone company, but we still provide you with a new number -- you simply forward your existing phone number to that new number. This style presents users with two choices.

  • Set your forwarding options – You can set it up so that, if your line is busy or you cannot answer a call in a set number of rings, your calls will be forwarded to the new number for our receptionists to answer.
  • Manual Call Forward – Most providers allow you to use a manual call forward option that will send all calls direct to your new number. This option allows the flexibility to send all incoming calls to your new number, provided by us.
2: Receptionist Answers

When we answer your calls, it is virtually as though a receptionist in your office has picked up the line. We get to know you and your services, and we work with you to develop a script that aids our receptionists in communicating with your customers.

  • Take orders – We can take orders from your customers over the phone. And if you have a Web site that has a simple ordering process, we can link directly to it for easy order fulfillment.
