- Order entry - Our receptionists can take orders right over the phone. If you have a website that has a simple ordering process, we can link directly to it for easy order fulfillment.
- Schedule appointments - When we know your schedule, we can set appointments on your behalf. For an extra dollar a day you can use our online appointment scheduling software. This robust software can be used to handle all of your appointment needs.
We get to know your business and work with you to create a script for our receptionists to use when answering your calls. Additionally, all or our friendly assistants are based here in the United States and must complete our rigorous initial and ongoing training programs.
