Use our number
We provide you with a toll-free or local number that connects directly to our live reception services. If you plan to have us answer all of your incoming calls then this is your best option. Use this number on your specialty advertising, website and other marketing materials to direct the calls to our live receptionists.

Call forwarding
To use your existing phone number you can set up call forwarding through your local phone company. Two popular types of call forwarding are generally available. We will still provide you with a local or toll-free number, and you forward your existing phone number to this new number.

  • Busy, or no answer forwarding – A call may be forwarded to our local or toll-free number in the event that your line is busy or not answered in a set number of rings. Businesses use this option if they want us to answer their calls whenever they are not available and want to have an automated process in place.
  • Manual call forward – Set a manual call forward on your phone at anytime (most carries use *72 to activate). Businesses use this option if they want the flexibility to have us only answer calls occasionally, on a changing schedule.
2: Receptionist Answers

We will work with you to design a script that our receptionists use when answering calls to your company. This ensures that callers receive the information they need about your business.

  • Take messages – We let callers know you are not available, but that you will get back to them shortly. Our receptionists collect information such as the callers' name, number, and the best time to reach them.
  • Transfer calls – If you want to give the caller the option to talk to you directly, we can transfer the call. We perform both warm and cold transfers.
  • Take orders – Our receptionists can take orders for you right over the phone. If you have a Web site that has a simple ordering process, we can link directly to it for easy order fulfillment.
  • Schedule appointments – Let us know what days and times you are available, and we will schedule an appointment on your behalf. For an extra dollar a day you can use our online appointment scheduling software. This robust software can be used to handle all of your appointment needs.
