Call Forwarding
There are also two types of call forwarding to choose from. And while you must set them up through your local phone company, we still provide you with a new number that will receive forwarded calls from your existing number.
- Never miss a call – If your line is busy or you cannot answer a call in a set number of rings, your calls will be forwarded to your new local number for our receptionists to answer. This keeps your customers from depending on voicemail or a machine.
- Use a manual forward – Most providers allow you to use a manual call forward option that will send all calls direct to your new number. This option allows the flexibility to send all incoming calls to your new number, provided by us.
