If you would like to use your existing phone number, there are two popular types of call forwarding you can utilize. Both of these must be set up through your local phone company. We still provide you with a local or toll-free number, and you forward your existing phone number to the new number.

• Busy, or no answer forwarding – Service providers allow a call to be forwarded to our local or toll-free number in the event that your line is busy or not answered in a set number of rings. This is the best choice for a business that needs us to answer their calls whenever they are not available and wants to have an automated process in place.
• Manual call forward – Service providers allow you to set a manual call forward on your phone at anytime. Usually activated by pressing *72, this works best for companies that only want us to answer calls occasionally, on a changing schedule.
