Use our number
We provide you with a toll-free or local number that connects directly to our live receptionists. You can choose to use this number on all of your marketing materials if you prefer to have all of your calls answered by us.

Call forwarding
If you would like to forward your existing phone number, most telephone companies provide two options. We will provide you with a local or toll-free number, and you forward your existing phone number to the new number.

  • Busy, or no answer forwarding – Forward calls to our local or toll-free number in the event that your line is busy or not answered in a set number of rings. This is the best option for a business that wants us to answer their calls when they are not available.
  • Manual call forward – Manually forward all incoming calls to our team (typically done using *72). This works well for companies that only want us to answer calls occasionally, on a changing schedule.
2: Receptionist Answers

When our receptionists answer they are able help your customers with information specific to your business. We work with you to design a script that fits your needs.

3: Actions Taken

Though a live person answering the phone can make all the difference, we don't stop there in providing great service. Here are some of the things we can do to help your customers:

  • Take messages – We let callers know you are not available, but that you will get back to them shortly. We also collect basic info such as the callers' name, number, and the best time to reach them.
  • Transfer calls – If you want to give the caller the option to talk to you directly, we can transfer the call. We perform both warm and cold transfers.
  • Take orders – Our receptionists can take orders for you right over the phone. If you have a Web site that has a simple ordering process, we can link directly to it for easy order fulfillment.
  • Schedule appointments – Let us know what days and times you are available, and we will schedule an appointment on your behalf. For an extra dollar a day you can use our online appointment scheduling software. This robust software can be used to handle all of your appointment needs.
