A customer or potential customer initiates a call to your business through the number we provide. This would be the best option to use if you plan to have our answering service take all of your calls.

Forward your calls
There are also two types of call forwarding to choose from. And while you must set them up through your local phone company, we still provide you with a local or toll-free number, and you forward your existing phone number to the new number.

  • Busy or on the other line? – Say you're busy or on the other line of your original phone number. In that case your calls will be forwarded to your new local number for our receptionists to answer. This keeps your customers from depending on voicemail or a machine.
  • Forward them all – Most providers allow you to use a manual call forward option that will send all calls direct to your new virtual phone number.

Think of our receptionist as just another member of your office. We will work with you to develop a script for our receptionists and teach them about your business and needs.
