Call forwarding
If you want to forward calls from your existing phone number, there are generally two options available through your local phone company. We still provide you with a local or toll-free number, and you forward your existing phone number to the new number.

• Busy, or no answer forwarding – A call can be forwarded to our local or toll-free number in the event that your line is busy or not answered in a set number of rings. This is ideal for businesses than are not available 24 hours a day.
• Manual call forward – Set a manual call forward on your phone at anytime. This presents a very flexible option for those who only need calls answered occasionally or have a changing schedule.
