1: Customers Call

We know how important your customers are, so we treat them as our own and are available 24/7 whenever you need an answering service. Use our phone number or forward your calls to us.

Use our number
We provide you with a toll-free or local number. Use this number on your marketing materials, and callers will be directed to us.

Forward calls
There are two types of call forwarding you can utilize that are setup through your local phone company. We still provide you with a local or toll-free number, and forward your existing phone number to the new number.

  • Busy, or no answer forwarding - If your line is busy or if you do not answer in a certain number of rings, calls are forwarded to your local or toll-free number.
  • Manual call forwarding - Set a manual call forward on your phone at anytime (typically *72 to activate, but check with your provider). This works best if you want the flexibility to have us only answer calls occasionally.
2: Receptionist Answers

As our answering service client, we will work with you to design a script that serves your unique business and fits your specific needs.

3: Actions Taken

Having a live person answering the phone can make a difference, but we don't stop there in providing a great answering service. Here are some additional things we do to help your customers:

  • Take messages - When you are not available, we take accurate information and let callers know when they can expect a call back.
  • Transfer calls - If you would like, our receptionists can transfer customer calls to directly to you.
  • Order entry - We take orders for you right over the phone. If you have a website that has an online ordering process, we can enter the orders for fulfillment.
  • Schedule appointments - We can schedule appointments on your behalf. For a dollar a day, you can use our online appointment scheduling software.
