Your live receptionist service comes with a toll-free or local number. You can use this number to advertise to customers, or you can forward your existing number to this new number when you want us to take your calls.

Use our number
This is optimal if you plan to have our live receptionist service answer all of your calls. Place your new number in advertising, on your website, etc. so we can handle your calls while you take care of more important matters.

Forward your calls
There are two types of call forwarding available. These must be set up through your current provider. We provide you with a local or toll-free number, and you forward your existing phone number to the new number provided.

  • Busy or on the other line? - If your line is busy, or if you do not answer in a certain number of rings, the call is forwarded to the local or toll-free number we provide. This is perfect for businesses that need us to answer their calls when they are not available.
  • Manual Call Forward - Most providers allow you to forward calls manually at anytime. This works best if you want the flexibility to have us only answer calls occasionally.
2: Receptionist Answers

When your customers call, they will talk with one of our live receptionists that knows your business just like a member of your own staff.
