1: Customers Call

We are here to help you service your customers, and our receptionists are available 24 hours a day. You can forward calls from your current number or use one of ours.

Use our number
A customer or potential customer calls the toll free number we provide. You can use this number on your marketing materials, and all calls are directed to us. This would be the best option to use if you plan to have our answering service take all of your calls.

Forward your calls
There are two types of call forwarding to choose from. And while you must set them up through your local phone company, we still provide you with a local or toll-free number. You can then forward your existing phone number to the new number.

  • Never miss a call – If you're busy or unavailable to answer in a set number of rings, your calls will be forwarded to your local or toll-free number for our receptionists to answer. This keeps your customers from depending on voicemail or a machine.
  • Use a manual forward – Most providers allow you to use a manual call forward option that allows the flexibility to send all incoming calls to your new 800 number.
2: Receptionist Answers

Our receptionists are professional and courteous and will act as though they are an actual member of your company. We ensure this by getting to know your business and by working with you to create a script that fits your specific needs.
