    Our Receptionists receive approximately 50 hours of training before they take their first call and must complete 26 hours of continual training per year. Our customer care representatives receive 110 hours of training plus a minimum of 26 hours of additional training per year.

    You can forward calls to us or we can port your number into our system. There may be a processing fee to port your number to our carrier.

  9. How will I be billed for the Service?

    The cost of the service is charged to your credit card or ACH draft on file. You will receive an email statement every month, and you will have access to your billing information online 24/7.

  10. What kind of reports are available?

    Summary and detailed reports are available and the data can be grouped and graphed in various ways. You can view the reports in real-time or schedule them to be run and emailed on a regular basis. We provide business intelligence about your call traffic that you won't find anywhere else.
